The apartment is in a really great location in the Longfellow neighborhood, and is on the top floor so it's really sunny! The unit is on the second floor of a small, quiet, apartment complex. Rent is $925/month and that includes heat, water, and trash. Tenant pays for stove gas, electricity, and internet/cable. There is a new built in AC unit in the dining area. No dogs allowed, but cats are ok, up to two cats with a $200 refundable damage deposit. Apartment has an open feel and feels very private as it's on the second floor. It faces the street and so there's a beautiful view of the trees and get's so much sun. Shared laundry in the basement, but we've never had any issues with availability. There is also a locked 2x6 foot storage space available for each tenant in the basement. Could put bikes in there if you'd like. Three large closets. One off street parking spot is included, plenty of street parking available. The unit is about a mile East of Target, Cub foods, Aldi and about a mile west of the river where there are great bike and walking trails. We've had no safety issues here at all. There are lots of nice restaurants, coffee shops, the library within walking distance as well as Brackett Park which is just two blocks away. There is also a bus stop 1 street West on Lake St. Screening criteria includes: -Positive rental history with their current landlord -Positive current employment -Combined pre-tax household income of 2.5x monthly rent -Exceptions may be considered for first time renters or applicants who are border line for acceptance because of household income and/or credit reasons.
