Park Manor Apartments is an active independent living community offering one-bedroom, one-bath apartments for individuals aged 55 or persons with disabilities. We also have a limited number of two-bedroom and efficiency units available. We accept Housing Authority vouchers and offer our own in-house Section 8 program, which residents may apply for. This is an income-based assistance program. Conveniently located in Irving, Texas, near major shopping and dining areas, we are just minutes from Irving Mall and the Heritage Senior Center. A neighborhood park is next door, and a nearby convenience store adds to the ease of daily living. But with everything happening at Park Manor, you may never want to leave home! Do as little or as much as you like cards, dominoes, billiards, TV, puzzles, and exercise are just a few of the many activities available whenever you choose. Our beautifully decorated lobby areas are perfect for visiting with new friends, reading a book or newspaper, or simply relaxing when you don't feel like staying in your apartment. We offer 6-12 month leases, also you are responsible for your own electric and we pay water, sewer, trash.
