My wife and I have travelled extensively so our furnishings are eclectic and fun. The Erie Air Park is a wonderfully spacious, safe, convenient and quiet area to live. It is a subdivision adjoining a small community airport, so all the properties are on acreage with expansive views in all directions! .Centered between Boulder, Denver, DIA and Ft Collins we have ideal proximity to the area. It is close to two great community Rec centers, shopping and dining. There are extensive bike trails and a couple of dog parks close by.The basement level is a separate walkout apartment with its own fully separate gate, walkway and private entrance leased to a lovely younger couple with an adorable Husky dog. Very private between the upstairs and downstairs apartment. We enjoy having a little company close by but they are quiet and keep to themselves. They also help keep an eye on things around the house. Utilities provided include cable tv, high speed internet, heat, ac, water and trash collection.
