There is an enlarged 100-amp electrical panel, a high-efficiency Lennox furnace serviced in Nov 2023- (which can be adapted for central air in the future), a new 40-gallon electric Bradford White water heater installed in January 2024, water shut-off valves, washer, dryer and laundry sink.
