The street is quiet and safe, with mostly young families. It is NOT located in a 55+ community. 1. Only complete applications will be considered. All persons 18 years of age or older will be required to complete separate rental applications. 6. A credit report will be completed to all adult leaseholders to verify credit worthiness. we will also perform a search of Landlord/Tenant Court records and a Criminal Background check. 7. Provide proof of income, at least 3 times the amount of the rent. Tent pays ALL UTILITIES (electricity, gas, trash) and maintains yard. We currently have a gardener that charges $100 a month which you can take over if you would like. 11.
