    We are looking for a responsible and quiet person to fill the large garden-level room in our beautiful house that is directly next to North Boulder Park. This house has one of the best locations in Boulder, with big front and back yards. It is a 10-minute walk to beautiful hiking trails, and North Boulder Park is basically your backyard. We are very close to bus lines and a 15-minute walk from downtown Pearl Street. The room is quite big at 16.5'x13' with a very big closet. It has a semi-private entrance and an off-street parking space in the driveway. The bathroom is shared with one other person. Three other quiet people in their early 30s live in the other rooms of the house. We are very laid-back, down-to-earth people who appreciate direct communication. Overall, cleanliness and tidiness are important to all of us, so we are looking for someone who picks up after themselves and values having a clean house as well. This is definitely not a party house, and try to keep it pretty low-key for the most part. Very occasional small gatherings are allowed with trustworthy people, we occasionally have celebrations for birthdays/holidays but always run it by all roommates first. We are all big into nature and get outside whenever we can. We also love to cook, play pool, travel, and see live music whenever we can. MUST LIKE CATS! We have two very friendly, adorable, loving, adventurous cats living in the house, so we are unable to accept any more pets into the home. Also, I am having a baby at the end of November, so must be okay with a baby around. I don't think there will be too much noise from it coming into your room, but it's a possibility. The nursery is in a part of the house very far from the room we are renting. If this feels like it could be a good fit for you reach out and tell us a bit about yourself $1000 per month plus utilities (avg 70-125/month) The lease runs from August 1st, 2026 to August 1st, 2027.
