This apartment has its own entrance to a very large brownstone (25' x 60'). It has 1500 gross square feet (about 1200 net). Because of the width and depth, the rooms and closets are oversized. A 2025 renovation, building on earlier work, removed old radiators and window AC units, in favor of superior heat pump-based heating and AC. As the pictures show, the lovely 1860's architectural details have been preserved. There are two bedrooms (one significantly larger than the other), a large common room, and a separate large, eat-in kitchen with granite counter, limestone backsplash, and Mexican tile floor. Upscale appliances include full-size DW, W/D, and stove. The eat-in kitchen looks out on a large shared garden. The apartment is wired for cable internet, and wireless 5G is available and strong. It is 1.5 blocks from the G subway, and a short walk to many others. Because of serious allergies, we cannot have pets or smokers (including pot or vapes). There are no other tenants in the building. We look to establish a stable relationship, and offer a very reasonable rent in return. We expect our tenant will have shown proof of sufficient income and stable employment. We will check credit. No broker-no fee.
