Wi-Fi and utilities are included in the rent! This 1 bedroom upstairs apartment is located over our garage (used for our personal storage, tack /feed room, and shared washer). We are located in the foothills of Chino Valley, on a privately maintained dirt road. Because of its size and location upstairs, this apartment is best suited for one or two, perhaps while you are building on your own property. The cozy carriage style apartment is on two acres bordering State Land, with views of the Peaks, Little Thumb Butte, and Granite Mountain. We live in the main home which is separated by a small courtyard with a separate entrance to the apartment. The upstairs apartment has a living room with gas fire place and tv, kitchenette, 1 bedroom, and bath, mostly furnished with the basic necessities. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker and hot plate, plus dishes and some cookware, etc. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet, Stearns and Foster queen bed that has been kept like new with a water proof cover, plus a side table. The living room has a small sofa, recliners and oak table, a glass sofa table plus a portable air conditioner and cozy gas fire place. There is a washer but no dryer on the premises downstairs for shared use, plus a laundromat about three miles from the house for larger loads and drying larger items. The courtyard has a small BBQ for shared use, and there is access out our backyard to enjoy the views, use the propane fire pit, or hike the State Land. We are centrally located within 30 minutes of the quad cities, and within a couple of hours to Phoenix, the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff or Sedona. We have horses and a dog of our own, so we can't accommodate other pets except a service dog. The flooring under the carpet is not waterproof, so unfortunately no indoor cats. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property for health and insurance reasons. 30 days means a month to month lease that renews automatically until you give a 30 day notice that you are moving out. Rent includes gas, electric, water, wi-fi and trash pick up. I'm truly sorry, but, no pets (okay to have a service dog that travels everywhere with you), and no smoking on property because of insurance. Move in cost is prorated first month, plus a security deposit, and last month rent.
