We have only had one year in the past 6 that we have had to pay a true up at the end of the year for electricity and we were expecting to pay. Ever other year PG&E has paid us for the electricity we generated all year long. It has been very nice to not have an electricity bill for the last 6 years. The front yard has been converted to zero landscape, the water is automatic throughout the yard on a drip system and keeps everything nice.
