Just outside of your front door and right around the corner, you will have the Presidio as your personal playground: acres of lush green space and towering Eucalyptus trees, hiking trails and paths, gardens, ponds, and museums. Just a five minute walk to all the great boutique shopping, fine restaurants and fun bars on Chestnut and Union Streets, including several of the most notable restaurants in San Francisco. Only steps away from brunch or dinner at the Baker Street Bistro, a charming French bistro, or to watch the game at the Final Final neighborhood sports bar. Or, walk just a couple of blocks to Chestnut Street to dine at A-16, Delarosa, and many other great restaurants and bars. You can buzz your visitors in with the press of a button. The neighboring tenants (there are only six units) are quiet and friendly professionals. Parking: No parking space included. Public transportation is the best option, but if you do have a car, street parking in this neighborhood is typically quite easy to find (most of the homes here have their own garages, and there are no apartment or condo complexes). The city can give you a temporary neighborhood parking pass that is good for up to three months at a time. It is also not difficult to find nearby parking in this neighborhood that you can lease by the month. Another option for parking is to park in the nearby Presidio Park for only $6 per day.
