This 4 bedroom house is set up with shared living space for the kitchen bathroom and living room. Each room is rented out seperately and has a lockable door for privacy. Presently it is unfurnished but we are happy to provide furniture for your room if you do not have any. The room has 2 large windows with blinds and a fan. The house has central air. Each tenant must abide by the house rules as there is no smoking and no pets allowed. The room are for single individuals only and couples are strictly forbidden. Because utilties are included in the room rent we cannot have overnight guests staying at the property as the shared space and utilities are for the enjoyment and benefit of the tenants only. There are multiple parking spots available and a large yard in the back and a sitting area in the carport for the tenants to use. The rooms can be rented by the week for 300 per week or $900 for the month depending on which contract you sign. Security deposit is equal to the rent you sign up for. Rent is paid weekly or monthly in advance. No smoking permitted in the house no pets allowed in the house No vaping allowed in the house No personal belongings to be left in the shared spaces Noise from radios and tvs must be at a respectful level and headphones are to be used if tenant wishes to have more custom audio. Leases are to be week to week. Advance payment is strictly enforced to have access. Late payments and deliquencies are not allowed. Landlord provides regular maintenance. Abuses to the property by any tenant will result in immediate expulsion.
