The property is on a triple lot, so plenty of room to roam. The patio has 6 Adirondack chairs that are easy to move around the property. There is an outdoor picnic style table and umbrella. There is a charcoal bbq to grill. We are flexible in terms of lease duration. House is fully furnished. Pets are negotiable on a case-by-case basis with a $100/mo pet deposit/fee, and a signed pet agreement. All utilities included in rental fee, exceptions include Wifi and trash/recycling/yard waste.
