The main living room has soaring beamed ceilings, a queen sleeper sofa, and a coffee table that can be pulled up to table height to eat a meal while watching the 48' LED/HD Smart flat screen TV with Blu Ray player. Wake up to spectacular sunrises from the king bed in the Master loft with its own window: virtually at the end of the bed. A second large family room/"Den" (16' X 28 ) makes up part of the upstairs Master suite which includes a full size futon, two easy chairs with ottomans, a' LED/HD flat screen TV, DVD player, walk-in closet, and a full bath with tub. The second master suite is located on the ground floor: opening to the patio and ocean. This floor has a full bath with large walk-in shower, queen bed, a flat screen TV. No need to bring anything but your toothbrush and bathing suit; this unit has everything! In addition to the linens , beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards - even a portable cabana - are provided. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. A one-car garage and one numbered parking space are included: Extra guest parking is also available in spaces marked OPUS. Sleeps 5. We are located in Melbourne Beach on the Florida Space Coast. Melbourne Beach is situated on a barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. We are located in Opus 21, a quiet community of just 20 townhomes. Our beach is very secluded, located within a sea turtle protected area, but there are public beaches within a short walking distance with lifeguards. Just 25 miles due south from Ron Jon's Surf Shop to our door! If you're taking a cruise out of Port Canaveral and want to extend your vacation or start it early, the port is just 5 minutes up the road from Ron Jon's. You can watch NASA's frequent rocket launches from the balcony, first floor patio, or on the beach here. All Central Florida attractions, including Disney World and Universal Studios, are within a 1 1/2 hour drive.
