There is a substantial forest to the north of property, lending it to numerous wildlife (deer, raccoons, woodchuck, skunks, possum, squirrels, birds, beaver, etc.) The electrical line is a priority line for AEP, since the Tulsa Water Treatment facility is on it (meaning in case of power outage due to weather, this electric is a priority repair for AEP). The backyard is overgrown, and needs some TLC. I cannot do it due to becoming disabled.
