Currently, 5 USC chill graduate students in different disciplines (who are serious about studies but also enjoy socializing during breaks) living in the house for the 2024-2025 school year. Two bedrooms will be available for beginning of Jan 2025 - mid-August 2025. Off street parking + laundry room. Security deposit of 1 month's rent for full year; half a month's rent for summer rental.
