I have a room for rent in a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath house. Shared living space (kitchen, laundry, living room, dining area, large backyard, and shared bathroom. Large backyard, 1 parking spot available in the driveway, washer and dryer included. The bedroom can either be furnished or unfurnished. I already have a bed and a side table in the room, but the bed is a bit older. I can remove the furniture if you would like to bring your own bedroom furniture. I'm okay with you bringing pets, as long as they are good around cats and small dogs. LGBT+ friendly home. No cigaret smoking in the house. I'm open to different lease lengths. You can always try one month to see if it's a good fit. For short term lease (anything under 6 months), rent is an extra $100 a month.
