(7 Months Total) First month's rent and security deposit are covered and you only need to pay a $25 application fee to apply. At the end of the lease the deposit less any charges, is yours to keep. The complex is only about 4 years old so everything is in great condition. There is a pool and fitness center onsite. Washer & Dryer is included in the unit. Some of the additional things I like about the apartment are the coat closet and pantry. Renter will need to provide rental insurance (Available from Grafton Park). Rental price includes trash. Renter pays water, electricity, TV, Internet, Phone. AT&T has fiber optic preinstalled, and I already made it super easy to connect the two bedrooms and living room inside the laundry room. If you go to Grafton Park's website, this size and style apartment is currently listed between $1,349 - $1,639, not including trash. Currently, if you want to add a garage, it is an additional $100 per month. If you want to bring a pet, there is an additional charge. You are allowed to paint the apartment if you wish. Don't forget, I'll cover your first month's rent and the security deposit is already in place!
