Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 next to the sidewalk in the designated spot. Vehicles parked improperly are subject to towing and a minimum $150 fine, which will be the guest's responsibility. No pets allowed, no smoking inside the home, and no parties or gatherings of any kind. Do not leave doors open for more than 3 minutes as doing so will shut off the AC system automatically. Garage access is not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Trash collection is on Tuesdays, so please place bins out the night before if you're staying over Monday night. Violations may result in additional fees or termination of the reservation.
