RV spaces are priced at $895 per month, which includes all utilities and free Wi-Fi. RV residents are also entitled to up to four free loads of self-laundry per week. Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited. Parking is ample and plenty. Length of rental is as long as you need. No convicted felons with any kind of sexual assault records are permitted to reside.
