I have recently decided to move out of my apartment due to having to move back to Virginia. Also, the apartment offers a gym with excellent work out machines, a patio near the front office over the lake with tanning beds and shade for reading, a volleyball court, tennis court, basket ball court, and a dog park! this is a bottom floor apartment so I can easily grill every weekend right in front of the lake! the apartment is literally moments away from USF so you can even ride your bike up to the school, or even target if you'd like! the apartment is 550sqft! Gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer included. THE BEST PART about this apartment in my opinion is that the CABLE, INTERNET, WATER, TRASH, AND ELECTRIC / GAS ARE ALL INCLUDED IN THE $839 PRICE! you're going to be only making the one check a month instead of the multiple checks most people have to write! If you are interested in moving in, please let me know, as soon as possible. I would hate to have to pay for an apartment I am not even living in! $839 covers all the bills. It covers electricity, gas, cable, internet, garbage, AC, water and maintainance. All is included in one bill by University Lakes.
