The room has a private balcony with plenty of space for chairs, plants, and decor (5x14ft). There is a cedar-lined walk-in closet (6x6ft) and the bathroom is the upstairs "common" bathroom that would be 99% yours. The home has an addition 20ft long deck that runs along the living room that has some chairs, plants, and grill which is great for a morning coffee. Above the living room is a loft that has a spare bed for the occasional guest. The garage has very limited space, but we could work some out if you need some storage. There are also multiple closets throughout the house. Utilities included (no cable TV but most subscriptions). Plenty of parking near the home and generally a quite pleasant neighborhood.
