Convenient and spacious 2/1.5 1930s bungalow, partially furnished and all inclusive for short term rental starting June 1 through November or December. We bought this home a year ago and absolutely love living here, the original detailing, crystal door knobs, hardwood floors are what really make this home special. Unfortunately I need to travel for work this summer so we'd like to offer our home for someone looking to relocate to the area who hasn't found their own dream home quite yet. The rent will be all inclusive - laundry, xfinity high speed internet, electric/sewer (up to $300 per month based on our past years usage), lawn service, quarterly pest control. I'm also hoping to leave our large furniture, rugs, tv, dining set - as shown in the living areas, and have 2 queen bed frames available. The house is very conveniently located just north of King St district, riverside, Murray hill, and minutes to downtown with easy access to all major highways (95, 10, 295). I've just replaced the stove with a brand new Samsung smart connect oven with air fry, convection, Wi-Fi etc, please excuse the kitchen photos which are from the listing when we purchased a year ago, I'm a chef and the kitchen has never been this neat ever again! There are two bedrooms - one gigantic with two closets, desks and carpeting (photos coming soon, we're packing and it's a disaster!) and a smaller room with a nicely appointed closet, hardwood floors, built in lighting (under construction, finished photos soon!). Ceiling fans throughout, central air which was just serviced, huge front porch with dining table, 2 car garage with Bosch washer and dryer and half bath. Too many great things to list! First month and $2000 deposit to move in, no cats but dogs will be considered on a case by case basis with additional deposit and cleaning fee. READY JUNE 1st for SHORT TERM RENTAL - lease end date November or December 2022 (FIRM move out by Jan 1 2023). After a showing is scheduled, selected tenants will be responsible for $55 application fee screening through Avail.
