I am moving around the 21 of December and need someone to take over my lease, which ends Aug. 31, 2019. The apartment is very comfortable, it has good lighting and nearby parking. It is great if you have a pet because it has an enclosed patio and plenty of grass outside. I am impressed by the side of the closets! It is situated downstairs and close to laundry facility. The pool area has nice furniture and a fire pit; it is great for parties. The apartment is situated close to the Russell bike path, which can take you to the university. Or you may make use of Unitrans. Nearby there is West Lake shopping center with supermarkets, restaurants, and a popular beer bar. Also, the Stonegate Country club is a 5 minute walk away. There, you can find tennis courts, gym, lake rides pools and other facilities. A park and access to Village homes is a few steps behind the apartment. Lease ends Aug. 31, 2019 with option to renew..
