In October of 2021 all windows were replaced with energy efficient windows. Both front and back doors are new. A sliding screen was put on front door! In April of 2020 a new heating and air conditioner was installed. In 2014 4 energy efficient new stainless steel appliances, laminate flooring down in Living Rm, Dining Rm, Kitchen and Master Bedroom. Repainted the inside of the house, put in new light fixtures in all the rooms with ceiling fans, replaced all the sink faucets in both bathrooms and kitchen. Installed a LG stack-able washer and dryer. In 2009 a new 35 year roof was installed.
