in very bad need of home repairs. I rented out to a young couple and they completely tore it up, they broke the hot water heater they spray painted some walls and windows. I wouldn't be able to sell it at all in this moment, there are a lot of repairs needed. But I am not the 1 who listed it either. I'm pretty sure the couple I rented it to was trying to run a scam. Notice no in side pictures and trust me it's for good reason
