Our house is a large comfortable home. Three full baths and a 1/2 bath. Two en suite's , one upstairs which is really the primary and is very large with a lovely walk in closet and another very large storage space off the bathroom. There's a loft upstairs with additional room as well. Three other bedrooms, with the one ensuite downstairs. All appliances are in great condition and nothing is broken. Built in bookcases in the living room and lots of custom wood work throughout the house. Kitchen is roomy with a ton of storage and cabinets. Enjoy the spectacular sunrises and the beautiful Carson Valley views at night. Neighborhood is super quiet and there are lovely neighbors. We'd like a one year lease. Utilities are the renter's responsibility. We have a starlink internet system, it would be an additional $120/month to us. Electricity and gas are the renter's responsibility, generally electricity is about $250 a month, summer is more if you use the AC much. Gas depends on your usage as well, plan on about $150/month. Garbage pickup is $79 a quarter if you want that.
