currently the House is occupied but I would like to rent the house with a roommate situation. I am out of town during the week and will be keeping a bedroom. I will be home weekends. I can furnish or you can furnish. Good situation for someone that needs a roommate for financial reasons but doesn t want a roommate. Half utilities. No cats small dogs upon meeting.
