There is absolutely no smoking of any sort allowed in the home. The lease will be for a period of 12 months. After the 12 month term has expired it will automatically go into a month to month rental agreement if another 12 month lease has not been signed. Pets are on a case by case situation and there may be an extra fee for them. I know they are your baby we have our own pets, unfortunately some can be very destructive.
