The best thing about this house are the windows across the front of the house that give you a view of Penn Cove and the Douglas firs that border this property. All doorways are wheel chair accessible. The beach is a private community beach and only a short walk down the hill. There are picnic areas and fire-pits. There are two beach areas for your explorations and walks. There are numerous trails around to enjoy and old Chief Snaklum and a couple of his relatives are buried at the top of the hill. This is a wonderful place to explore and live. The house is available for your occupation now until May 1, 2021. This is our personal residence we normally occupy six months of the year. There is a unit on the 1st floor that is rented separately. First months rent and a security deposit of $1600, are due at lease signing. This is a non-smoking property. One small pet will be allowed, with owners approval and an additional small non-refundable pet fee of $30 per month.
