NEED A SUBLEASER ASAP! My roommate and I were just screwed over by 3 Nebraskans who bailed on our subleasing contract last minute so we need someone to take over out ridiculously cheap apartment for the next 3 months. The current lease goes to April 1st and the current rent locked in for this lease is about $250/month less than what it would be if you were to apply straight to the leasing office. The only reason we are moving out is because we've moved in with a friend who has a house and full backyard. The apartment complex is Ascend at Red Rocks and they recently changed management (maintenance orders have been addressed a lot faster as of late) which has resulted in a lot of recent renovations and upgrades. We currently pay $1300/month total (including water, gas, pest services, pet fees) because the apartment has been subleased for the past 4 years so this is a serious steal given the area and amenities. If you decide to renew in April then the rent will only raised by a max of $50/yr more than the current rate which is already very low. Location: Less than 5 minutes -Lightrail station -Red Rocks Community College -State route 6 -Denver Federal Center Less than 10 minutes -Red Rocks Park/Ampitheater - Apex Park -Downtown Golden *You will have to pass the background check/salary verification processes with the leasing office but they can get those done in under 48 hours typically. *Serious inquiries only and if you are able to get approved and sign the lease in a very speedy manner than I can waive all of the security deposit so all you'd have to pay is rent. Photos available upon request but feel free to check out their website for an idea of the design.
