Keeping house clean' and yard upkept is renters' responsibility. Call landlord for complicated or major repairs. No remodeling allowed except those approved & inspected by landlord. Only those on the lease are allowed to reside in the property. Rent is due on designated date specified on lease and will be assessed a late charge on the 5th day if not paid. The late charge is 5% of the rent, $62.50. Changing the air filter for the heating/ cooling is the responsibility or the renter. You will be required to change it every 4-6 weeks. Also never leave the unit on ,on but leave on auto. If you need assistance you may call landlord for instructions.
