Beach towels are not provided. For same day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
