The house is located at 2955 NE Purcell Bend if you want to drive by the house feel free. If you reply by email please state your favorite vacation spot in the world so I know you are NOT a spam reply. We are looking for someone that wants to treat our home like their own. If you would like to rent from someone and not a property management firm then we might be a fit. Our past renters have been with us for over 8 years and over 14 years. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large deck and big yard. The house is 1265 sqft single level home with AC, a fenced backyard, and a 2 car garage. We care about the people that rent our house and will take care of any and all issues right away. You will be required to pass a credit and background check. The heat is electric and has AC The yard maintenance is the tenant's responsibility All utilities are the tenant's responsibility Thank you we look forward to meeting you The rent is $1900 a month, first and last a 1700 deposit is required. No smoking and no pets. A one year lease is required. Everyone keeps asking why no pet. We love pets but we have had so many issues with pets in the past, replacing doors, carpet and even drywall. We just cannot do this with this house. I am sorry that people in the past have made it so hard on everyone else. And no one can or is willing to pay a pet deposit large enough to cover the cost of re-carpeting the house and a lot of people are allergic to cats. I really do wish you all the best in finding a place that works for you. Sorry No Smoking and no pets
