$100 REBATE FOR SEPTEMBERS RENT (Will pay the $100 directly to the leasing office) Hey! I am subleasing my two bedroom apartment at Olentangy village. The apartment complex have a pool, gym and the location is great. It's super close to the trail and OSU main campus. Giant eagle, Tim Horton, lucky’s market and Usps (etc) is in walking distance. Rent is $999 and utilities are $160. I am hoping someone could take over my lease for September. The lease ends on July 25 2021. Olentangy village’s apartments are unfurnished but I will be leaving a microwave, printer, table with chairs, a queen sized bed and other things you can keep if you want.
