Our Cozy Creekside Foothills Apartment sits on a 1/2 acre plot with a beautiful yard, creek and tall pine trees on all sides. Hiwan walking/hiking trail is walking distance from the front door and Elk Meadow (jeffco open space) is one mile west. Neighbors are lovely and welcoming. This beautiful space is only 5 miles from I 70 as well as a variety of local restaurants, grocery stores, and box stores within 10 miles. The apartment is merely 4 years old; all appliances are new and comes fully furnished with a king-size bed and a comfy queen-size pull-out sofa as well as a love seat with single pull-out bed. The deck off of the east side looks over a winding creek and pine forest. Rental price includes heat, electric, internet, and water. We are looking for a single renter with no pets and appreciate our no smoking policy inside the unit. The tenant is welcome to park in the driveway. **This apartment is rented in July and August, therefore this is a 10 month rental, so the tenant would need to vacate by June 30th. The tenant can have the option to renew in September if they wish.**
