The master bedroom features an attached bathroom and large walk in closet. The apartment has a washer and dryer in the unit. The apartment is located on the second floor with a balcony view of the pond. Rent is 1274 per month but added incentive of partially furnished apartment if needed. Since we are subleasing you will only be responsible for $25 application fee, all other expenses have been covered. The least ends July 25th. Ready to move in immediately. Subleasing the apartment, only cost is $25 application fee.
