Purchased this non-short sale home in 2008. We have painted, added new lighting and hardware, new appliances, flooring and storage. We continue to beautify the yard and gardens. Quiet, clean & safe neighborhood with easy access to freeways and nearby shopping. Neighborhood Description Like most neighborhoods, this area has a bit of everything. For the most part, the neighbors are friendly and we even have street bbq's each summer. Nearly everyone on my street takes great pride in their yards and it shows! Lots of original owners who've expanded and maintained their homes well! Sadly, we have 2 foreclosures on our street, but even those homes are reasonably priced and would be a wonderful family home with lots of helpful neighbors! There are not a lot of children running around on the streets. We are close to shopping, churches, freeways. I've never heard of any crimes (theft, burglery or the like) in our area.
