Home was newly built 1 year ago. Tenant has access to spacious kitchen, living room with a TV, and new washer & dryer. Tenant can park their car in the driveway that fits 4 cars. Roommates are 2 women which include owner and 26 year old daughter who both work full time. Preference would be for a travel nurse looking to stay for approximately 3 to 6 months, but open to another or longer option. $1200/month, would like to do a lease for 3-6 months to know if we are a good fit. No marijuana or pets. Prefer non-smoking but if you smoke cigarettes, not indoors.
