This Condo has all amenities paid, except electricity. The living room and dining room have bamboo floors, the kitchen and bathrooms are tiled, and the bedrooms have carpet. There is a patio to enjoy the outdoors, and we'll leave a gas grill (propane tank included). We also will provide you with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and washer and dryer! We are the only condo with central air in the entire complex. Air is adjustable in every room with a remote control. Parking includes 2 entry cards to the gated community, 2 parking spots (one covered), and the complex has a community pool, hot tub, gym, laundry and meeting space. We will have a property manager to look after our place to help with repairs. Deposit is preferably 1st and Last Month's rent and will be a full 1 year lease. You will be responsible for electricity and your own renter's insurance. Pets are okay, but know that damages will be assessed upon the property once you decide to move out. More information will be given in the lease agreement.
