List your homeselling as a buildable lot- beautiful view property, live water, road access to the top and bottom, power, water, septic on the bottom with underground power and privacy on the top. I applied for a "Replacement dwelling" to be built on the view. Spetic permit has been purchase and we have a credit towards installing the septic system.
