This is a fully furnished property. The home is meticulously maintained. The unit is for non-smokers and does not host pets. The sofa turns into a comfortable twin bed (not a futon or pull out couch) so this home can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The charming kitchen has the perfect "Gramma" style Formica table and all the cooking supplies you will need. The host owner has set this home up the way she prefers it when she travels and, as a result, the unit comes with all the comforts of a home only better.
