The house was built in the early 1940's. The house had recent updated from the items found on the property. My father whom purchase the home in 1986 began collecting items (hoarding) over the year and the rest of the property needs a major clean up. Looking for a unique, tenant that can assist on helping clean up the property while renting the house. Would be willing to give a break on the rent each month. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Pets can be considered during negotiations. Would like to start with a month to month to see if it's a good fit for both parties.
