    Hey there! We are in search of 1-2 new roommates for our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that we rent. About us: We are Greg (he/him) and Katie (she/her), an engaged couple in our early 30s. Hoping to find someone of a similar age range, either working professionals or grad students. Greg is a teacher and Katie works in public health. We enjoy surfing, backpacking, gardening, and cooking. We try to be minimalists and like to keep things pretty clean at home but we know life can get busy. Unfortunately, we cannot have other animals on the lease. We do have a senior female dog who is mellow and gentle. We are LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcoming. We don't smoke anything, but are 420 friendly if you smoke outside the house. About our home: Location is just off Soquel/41st, and the one-year lease starts 9/1/2024. Nearby to several bus stops. The empty rooms are unfurnished. In our past lease, we left the third bedroom unoccupied as a multi-purpose "guest" bedroom, WFH office, and yoga room. The rent is $4000/month total for the house (not including utilities), which will be split evenly. ($1333.33 + utilities/month and 1 month rent security deposit) We have a big, fenced-in backyard, a washer/dryer that we purchased as a house when we moved in, dishwasher, and plenty of street parking. Whoever moves in will probably pay our former roommates for their portion of the washer/dryer. There is also a garage that is currently used for bikes, surfboards, and other outdoor gear but we are open to discussing other uses! We'll consider both single people and couples! Entering a 1-year lease ending on August 31, 2025.
