Newer energy efficient furnace and hot water heater. Tenant safety is a priority with steel reinforced double locked doors in the back. Fenced-in back yard and a large front porch. Landlord lives in the area, is a UWM alumni, has managed properties for 20 years and has high landlord ratings on the UWM off campus housing site.
