Great, cheap apartment right next to I-80 and State Street. Five minutes from downtown and easy access to everything in the SLC area. I love this apartment, you can't find anything close to this for the price and location. I'm moving in with my girlfriend and am sad to see it go. The community here is very nice and the landlords/maintenance respond within 1-2 hours for everything. Great company to rent from. Rent includes water/sewer/garbage. This would be a lease assumption, which means you would be taking over my lease and would be able to bypass the $400 non-refundable security deposit. Currently my rent is $100 lower than it should be since I signed my contract during the winter months. My lease ends in October, but if you wanted to resign the lease after then, the price would be locked in. I've already paid the pet deposit ($300), so if you have pets you're already covered. They do charge $35 per month for pets, unless it's registered as an emotional support animal! Complex has a pool, hot tub, and cardio room as well. This apartment is available any time during the month of June. My plan is to break my contract and move out by the beginning of the July if I haven't heard from anyone.
