Has only been occupied for 3 months.Two queen beds available but can be taken out to leave the two private rooms absolutely empty. Although utilities are included, if your total utilities usage exceeds $300 you will be required to pay the difference. Master bedroom and bathroom is completely off limits and locked. If owners master bedroom is entered you will be fined and kicked out with no refund. Absolutely no pets and no smoking. If that rule is broken you will be fined $3,000. Full parking with the home. $1,900 a month covers all expenses including utilities and cleaning people every few weeks. Home is expected to be clean and taken care of.
