There is a small balcony off the back and a fireplace in the living room. There is a gated entrance, pool, gym, and a common room that can be rented for events. If you have dogs there is a dog park and it is very dog friendly! You can have up to 2 pets (upon approval). You would be re letting from me and signing a year lease with the complex. Utilities are not included. One time trash fee, water/sewage, and electric are your responsibility.
