That means no leaving open food in the fridge, rinsing and putting dishes in the dishwasher, keeping the bathroom clean, and taking out the trash when it's full. Outside of that, I'm pretty easy-going. I work half the day, and the other half, I'm either working out quietly in the basement, cooking, or catching up on some TV. I'm cool with pets as long as they're potty trained. I've got a small, fenced backyard that my pups enjoy when they visit once or twice a week. If you're looking for a relaxed, respectful living situation, let's chat! The lease is for a 6/12 month duration. A 30 days' notice is required if you wish to terminate the lease early. The monthly rent is $850 and is due on the 1st of each month. Tenant is responsible for 50% of utility costs, including electricity, gas, water, and internet. CLEANLINESS IS A MUST. All shared spaces are to be kept clean at all times, this includes the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and basement. Food must not be left unattended in the room. Snacks are okay, but all food should be cleaned up immediately after eating. To maintain a clean and fresh environment, no food should be stored in the room. One designated parking spot provided; off-street parking available. Pets welcome if potty trained. Owners must clean up after pets. Fenced backyard access available. Smoking allowed outdoors only.
