It has been well maintained and is in excellent condition. The unit has it's own washer and dryer and is SUPER cute, full of character and personality with lots of extra storage. It is well located, just 1/4 mile up from the round about on Montgomery. It's within walking distance to the historical downtown area and many wonderfully scenic walks along the river. It is in a nice area and is fully fenced. The last 2 tenants actually put their bed in the living room because it is such a large room, and they used the bedroom as a guest room. A small dog under 25 lbs may be considered with an extra deposit. Owner pays water and garbage. You pay your own PG&E and we split the wifi.
