Located in Hermitage, I'm asking for a $500 deposit and that the person who comes take care of the house and keep it as clean as possible. It's ready to move in. The terms of the contract are that you keep the house clean, any damage will be charged. And if you want to modify or change something it will only be with my consent. It goes without saying that you are more than welcome to the house. It has a beautiful patio and there is a very present peace and tranquility.
